All parties need a level of trust that terms will be adhered to and rent will be paid. That's where the referencing comes in!

referencing process.
Landlord Referencing
This involves compiling feedback from the perspective tenant’s previous landlord(s), questioning tenant behaviour during their tenancy. Topics include timeliness of rental payments, condition of the property during and after tenancies, as well as any potential disputes throughout the tenancy.
Company Accounts
We will typically request 1-2 years of company accounts as an additional layer of scrutiny in a referencing process. This is with the goal of creating a watertight referencing system.
Tenant Affordability
This checks a tenant’s income with their employer to make sure they can afford the property they wish to rent. An employer can also choose to provide a reference for a tenant. Corporate tenants still provide individual personal guarantors against rental rates.
Proof of Identity
As standard, all company directors are required to provide proof of ID. We also request company accounts as standard, alongside vetted Credit Checks on all Directors.
